About Me
Hi! My name is Katherine. I’m a writer with over seven years of experience working in
marketing, creative, and technical writing. Each environment offered unique challenges, rewarding knowledge, and the opportunity to gain a different point of view.
I began my writing career in marketing positions primarily focused on client
relationships, content creation, and copywriting. I have also written and developed training materials, technical guides, and company policy articles, and am successful working in both independent and collaborative roles.
During my education, I was able to develop strong journalistic writing skills and have been able to create and apply those abilities in each position I’ve held. I enjoy conducting interviews, pitching ideas, researching topics, and finding new ways to engage readers.
My goal as a writer is to be inclusive and write about a wide range of topics. As an analytical and innovative individual, I enjoy finding ways in which creativity and strategy come together to complete the end goal of a project. In my next position, I am looking to grow as a writer, develop new abilities, and put my current skills to work.
